As part of Epecom expanded
services to provide school with affordable service in meeting
with school needs from time to time for video/audio production
services for their various school events and activities, we
are pleased to offer two package of video production services.
For school that requires to shoot only one event and broadcast
it live to the masses within the school. Complete with a final
edited video produce on a selected media. This package is
provided at an affordable price of S$ 1500 neg. depending
on requirements.
This will be an expanded version of the standard package that
enables school to have a more complete production that requires
both in-house and off-site shooting. The production cost ranges
from S$500 – S$3000.
Our mission is to provide an affordable avenue for schools
need for video production services and in the process helps
school in gaining a better understanding in producing a video
through the above services provided.
Video and Audio Production is a service provided to schools
on creating quality video and audio recording for their special
occasion, anniversary, choir recording and etc. Under this
service, our staff will provide quality services such as shooting,
editing, recording and creating of the event video and audio
for school in-house storage or even public distribution.
The final media provided can be in a form of VCD, DVD, Mini
DV Tape, audio CD or even an Interactive CD-ROM depending
on the requirement from the respective school. The process
will involve the following:
Pre-Production
Discussion of the content, timing, location, people involve
and dateline.
School will be provided with two previews towards the end
of the production.
There will be two iterations to firm up the theme and story
boarding.
Two previews will be provided, the first preview allows the
group to suggest minor changes (if any) and the second preview
will basically preview the final production
The sequences of events that lead to the final production
will covers the following events:
- Pre-Production
- Setting up for the filming and respective interview (if

Copyrights Clearance
Production will involve various video, graphics, images and
audio clips; the respective schools are to seek copyrights
clearance should any of the clips used infringe on any copyrights
regulation.
All graphics, video and images using Digital Juice , Sonic
Smartsound and Ulead products represented by Epecom will be
cleared of copyrights, therefore application for rights to
use are not necessary.
