Introduction:

Teachers and students are in awe when it comes to filmmaking, they think that it’s as simple as taking a camera, pointing it and shooting the scene. In some ways it is but there is more to that, the language of film has evolved in the last century and it has its own dictionary.

To shoot a movie, any person can hold a camera and shoot but to tell a story in the film, it takes skill, passion and knowledge. To win in a competition, it takes a special ingredient and that is what this course is all about.

These series of Masterclasses and courses for teachers and students will give the budding filmmaker an extra edge to make their simple film into images with soul.
